Properties

※         Impart very soft, fluffy and full handle to fabric, has very good hydrophilic

※         Good salt and alkali resistance

※         Low foaming, low viscosity, low yellowing and very little effect on brightness and color tone.

※  mainly use for cotton, yarn and its blend fabrics, which has strict request for bleaching and color tone.

※   it has property of non-ionic and can be used together with anionic and brightener

※      Appearance: pale yellow flakes

※      PH value：4～6（10% solution）

※      Ionicity：weak cationic

Dissolving Method

※       Add the flakes 5-10% into room water(30℃ )gradually, stir it and then heat up to 70-80℃  stirring for about 30-60mins until the flakes totally dissolved to even paste, cool down it and ready for use.

l Field of Application

Suitable for the finishing treatment of cotton, linen, silk, chemical fiber, yarn and blended fabric,

and also for denim and a variety of clothing, especially for printing and dyeing factory

Application

※         Padding：Dosage：2～3g/L           Temperature：30～40℃

Process: one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads

※        Dipping：Dosage：0.3～0.8%（o.w.f）  Liquor ratio：1:10～15

Temperature：40～50℃                        Time：15-30min
